Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Neither, but it isnt like that information is Classified. Anyone can learn exactly how a rollercoaster works in every which way if they try. I know there are some on here that know A LOT of information on how rides work. There are also past employees here who have worked these rides. Just becaus we're not employees doesn't mean we don't know whats going on with a ride.

With the exception of a few posts in this topic, I think what we've said about the ride (mechanically speaking) is very accurate as most of us are on a general agreement with how this ride works and what might have happened.

I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet. It's been testing for a while. Then again, who knows, it might be back up by this weekend. :?:

It may have had lots of tests, but they were all random.

Has anybody seen this thing test more than 3 times in a day?

It is still testing, I think it also doesnt have a crew since it has been so long, maybe they dont have people to operate the ride, I dont know, just a thought.

maybe they should just tear it down and put up a new lighthouse. That would be cool.

Yea, I agree totally, I mean, why wouldn't you want to decrease the total park capacity? I mean, it's a brilliant idea!

Seriously though, you say you want it taken out, but then, when it is taken out, I guarantee you would come back here pissing and moaning about the longer lines in the park. Think things through before you post them.

You know there are people out there that do like this ride and I happen to be one of them. If you don't like the ride then don't ride it. Problem solved.

actually V2 was part of a ride package that reduced SFGAm's total ride capacity by around 1,000 pph. As V2+DV= 1/2 of Sky Whirls capacity if even that.

I LOVE V2!!! If you don't like it, don't ride it (as said ealier). Just because you don't like it and think it's a waste of space, doesn't mean that everyone here doesn't like it also.
