Good idea!!

Ok so back on topic... if you are sitting on benches over by S:UF and Condor the charecters will try and scare you!! I hope that same vampire with the shoulder length hair is back this year. He is awesome!! I actually complimented him last year because he was ALWAYS doing something! Either scaring teens and adults or waving to little kids. I thought he was great!!

See that's the thing he would smile and wave to them.... he wasn't trying to scare them. So even though he looked like a vampire and had fangs the kids would just smile and wave right back. It was cute.

Outside of Necropolis they should pretty much leave them alone but do not... I repeat... do not take them through Necropolis. There are so many times that you see parents dragging... yes literally dragging... little kids through it and the kids are screaming and crying. I feel like going up and slapping the parents. Every parent knows what their child can handle though.

^ Oh yes they will

Necropolis is a walk through area that is know to be scarier then the regular midways. It's also where the Freak Show and the Mausoleum of Terror (haunted house) is located. You have to walk a little to enter into it and all the way down there are signs warning that kids under the age of 12 should not come in.

No, they have no scarers in lines. Only on the midways in Orleans place, Mardi GRas, The Yukon/Yankee Bridge, Necro, and SWT. But there are decorations everywhere.

Man If I can't get to FF this year, I'm going to take my boss and shove him up his own butt. FF is the absolute best time to go to the park for me because it mixes everything single thing I love. The fall season, Halloween, Coasters and flats and shows, Haunted Houses, the scaracters, watching all the kids have a great safe time but most of all, having my future wife on my arm walking around and checking out all the sights and sounds of everything! Oh yeah, watching the Zombie twins chasing our 12 year old daughter thru Necropolis yelling "Chelsea, come here....". Man that was priceless!

This is from SFStL.net, and is very interesting. The only reason why I put it here, is because of the Pigman story that SFGAm used to have during Fright Fest on the train. I thought it was a very stupid story. :? To me, it is very interesting. So, is that why SFGAm used to have the Pigman story.

Six Flags St. Louis - Haunted?
Authored by: Anonymous on Sunday, August 14 2005 @ 06:51 PM CDT
Well, it is true. I have been an employee of Six Flags for many years and I have heard stories of all the ghosts. First of all, the little girl. She is usually giving security "fun" at night. When closing time rolls around they have to get all non employees out of the park, and she will make noises in areas that have already been cleared back by the old Chicago themed area.

Stella is the one that shows her presence the most. Just making noise after hours and just recently I was told another story about her, but first the background. Stella was a woman that would go around to different parks and find ways to jump off roller coasters. She would jump off, or have her husband push her off and then they would sue for millions. Just so happened that they cam to St. Louis and rode the old stand up roller coaster (which no longer exists) and had her husband push her off the ride. The only bad part was that is was on a part really high off the ground and she fell to her death.

Recently a friend was tying up boats to Scooby Do in scene 10 of the ride and she heard noises behind her repeatly. She would have left then but had to tie up the boats so she had to stay. After the noises different lights started flashing and noises from different sections of the scene happened. She then tied up the boats and started to run out. The lift phone then rang. She ran back to it and there was no one there. This happened again, and on the third time she didn’t run back to answer it, she just ran out.

The final ghost is Pigman. He is said to haunt the area behind tidal wave. The only time that people go back there is for fright fest, and the stories about him inspired a supervisor to have the Steam Train have a story about Pigman during fright fest. If anyone goes up to six flags any time this year, you can actually hear the stories from the people it happened to. The little girl has been heard by Butch in security, and by Jason in front mall. Stella has been heard by Ashley, who has since moved to Batman and Pigman by Randy a rides supervisor. There might be more people who have heard or even scene these ghosts, but these are the only ones I know.
