I went to the park Monday for a few hours with my friend. one of the rides we got on was Deja Vu. right after the tented queue area, there was an employee. I don't know if he was working on the DV crew or just picking up trash around the area, but he stopped and started talking to us. telling us about free water at all the food stalls and then he was saying that DV and Superman have switched personalities. he meant that the paint was perfect and the ride was running smoothly on DV now, but the paint was coming off Superman and the ride was having problems.
I don't know how true that is, but I just thought it was cool that an employee actually talked to people in line without telling them to get off the rails. really, he was just taking a break from the heat, but it made the park seem more friendly to me. anyway, if SF is reading, I say you should encourage this type of behavior in your employees and give that employee a pat on the back for me.
[Mod Note: Edited employees name out]
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

You should have given Guest Relations that employee's name. They love to hear compliments about employess. Remember the date and just go in there next time and do it.
Props to all friendly employees.
