Most people are thrilled traveling at 50 mph while hanging below a twisting steel track.
Members of the American Coaster Enthusiasts share that feeling about Batman the Ride at Six Flags Great America, and go a step further. They think it’s such an engineering marvel, it deserves a special place in history.
Monday, more than 500 members of the 8,000-person group travel to the Gurnee amusement park to bestow the ACE Roller Coaster Landmark award — their highest honor — on the black and yellow roller coaster that experts say opened doors to bigger and better thrills.

Well today should be quite fun, ecpesially being able to see such a great ride honored with an award as big as this.

Btw, if anyone wants to find me there I'll be wearing a black tee that has a Fubu Jeans Co logo on the left side(Your right.), blue jeans, a tan/grayish white/kind of dirty lookin(Has small drawings here and there.) backback, and black Osiris skate shoes(Yes I am a skateboarder but I don't really look like it. I need to get back into it, its been a long time since I've skated.).
