SFGAm Needs Better Shows!!!!!

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby Cs6153 on June 12th, 2005, 10:52 am
I forgot about Jug o Jugglers.

Even Better: Keep the Steele Drum Band in the Beach Shell

New Orleans Jazz band in Mardi Grass Shell

Mariachi Band: Southwest Territory

Jug o Jugglers: Farmers Market or Mardi Gras (when the New Orleans Band is off)

Manny B: plays in FarmersMarket when the Jug O jugglers are off or when any other band

I like Manny B, but I do not like hearing rock in a Mardi Gras section of the park its just not that Mardi Grasy

If there gonna have concerts, they should have some better ones. The ones that are coming up and the one I went to today arn't/weren't that great.

My suggustion: Linkin Park. :D
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

I saw the Circo yesterday and I admit it was good but some of those guys were plain out scary looking. I was afraid to make eye contact with them.

i agree with the concerts thing. I know that six flags is trying to become a family park, but disney people? bring them to disney, not to SFgam.

They didn't scare me I said that they were scary looking. There were 2 guys in the show that just glared at everyone in the audience... I understand that they were probably supposed to but like I said I was afraid to make eye contact with them. With the makeup and the glaring they were pretty scary looking! To me at least....

yeah, they were a bit creepy, i think that might have been one of the reason's i didn't like it. That, and the fact that there was so much going on at one time, it got confusing what you were supposed to pay attention to...

Us too... we sat up front by the stage and we couldn't see when there was 4 things going on at the same time. Next time we are going to sit in the back to try and get the full effect!

They were having rehearsals for the Lumberjack Show at the SW Amphitheatre. Also, it's not really a show, but there was a guy on a unicycle near the entrance to Demon.

^^That's cool! BTW, did anyone else see the mime that they have in Hometown Sqaure? It's a little weird out there with her, but it seems to work.

I've seen the mime in passing, and there is also a guy in the Gazebo that blows bubbles. He/she really interacts well with the little kids around that area.

I've seen that guy, but never the unicycle or the mime. The bubbles are really big!

The one time that I saw the mime she was dressed like a ballerina or fairy or something.. she freaked me out so I ran  Just kidding.. I saw her from far away so I couldn't tell what she was dressed like but it was either a fairy or ballerina.
