Same here. The 25th is my last full day of school. I don't know if I'll be going to the water park at all, I don't really care for water parks.

Lucky, I'm not getting out until the June 2nd. And that's when I'm graduating. The other people don't get out until the June 6th. Ha. But meh, we're going to six flags the day after memorial day.

I'm excited for the park to open. I've heard from many not to go during opening weekend. I might go, but is anyone going for sure?

I'll go opening day just to take pics. I doubt I'll ride anything unless lines are super short. But I'm guessing that it'll be really crowded.

Yeah, I saw the volcano yesterday from near Raging Bull. Couldn't think of what it was until I was riding Sky Trek Tower and heard about the volcano on the spiel.

All the construction seems to be coming along nicely, lots of work still needs to be done on the paths and the entrance. The wave pool took about all day too fill, and it was still filling when I rode Viper about 10 minutes before park closing.

I didn't get any pictures this week for the site, but Ill have a big photo update next weekend for sure.

I dont get out until June 17th since I go to a Chicago public school. But its okay since we start after labor day. So obviously us Chicago have to wait longer to go to the waterpark unless anyone cuts school. I bet a lot of kids will cut the last week of school to go to the waterpark because the last week for us is pointless.

Don't forget that the waterpark has landscaping to put you as well as finishing touches...and there is A LOT of it!

After going on the tour and seeing how fast they were working, I'm confident that most will be ready by Wednesday (Media Day) and the rest will be compleated for sure by Opening Day.

Where is everyone gonna park when HH opens??!

A friend of mine went to the park yesterday when the attendance was half it's capacity (23k). He told me that he couldn't find a parking space whatsoever so if this park will even hit 30,000, there needs to be enough parking spaces in the lot and I don't think we have enough. We're in trouble deep. That's my opinion.

This is why they could've used parking garages or probably even bought land across the tollway to build parking lots, then dug an underpass under the tollway to Six Flags Parkway. Throw in a few trams or valets and you have a full service lot. But with the new businesses developing, it don't look like that'll happen. Sigh.
R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.

Once the construction equipment and stuff moves, there will be more parking available.

If they open the overflow lot im sure there would have been plenty of spots. As I can see on the webcam image from today, they didn't have the overflow lot open...which right now is basically the regular parking lot since the front parking lot is so dimished in size right now.

Once the Hurricane Harbor construction stuff is out of the way, it will make the main lot bigger and the overflow lot will also be used. In other words...there is plenty of parking.
