that is only at SFStL where the waves run full time, most wave pools run on intervals, usually 5-10 minuts of waves every 15 mins. Or if they do run full time like SFStL they will likely clear the pool.

what the heck is that little pool sitting in the middle of the lazy river? It's not on the park map and I didn't notice anything about it in the concept art. It also looks like a tube connects to it, a really large tube, because the concrete has the curve shape in one wall (the start of the half circle that cradles the slide tubing). You can see what I'm talking about in this pic: any thoughts?[/url]

Ya, DejaVu The Ride, I only posted because I saw your post on Coasterbuzz... I had noticed the little pool before and I thought it looked strange, but decided it must be a little kids pool or something, even thought that didn't make too much sense to me. The proslide tornado theory sounds possible, except that the pool's location seems like it might be difficult to squeeze one of those gigantic funnels on the "island" with it-- unless they put the funnel in between the river and the slide complex, and lead a long path from the funnel, over the river, and to the pool. Now I'm just thinking too much! Btw, where are those 4 blaster slides we are supposed to get?

SFHH will not have "blaster" slides. They are called "atomic coasters" and they are totally different than what the "coaster" part of the name implies.
BTW, There have been way too many clues on this site about a Tornado. It makes sense. It's would make a BIG waterslide addition for 2006 and would keep people coming back for the waterpark. (It would be easier to market than a new slide or two.)
DejaVu "Kiddie pools usually don't have stairs coming out of it!" The Ride
Notice the footing type things in the picture near the pool, maybe its a suprise slide. Oh, does anyone know if the lazy river will have rapids and such?
How do you know that there is goign to be a tornado there??
They did plan for the future growth of the park farely well, they have plently of room to add more rides, i mean they can even go out over the road next to it and then come back in, there is always that possibility.
