Possibly worth more than any amusment park out there...the ride selection, location, and its profitability are all factors.

I don't know, but our park brings in a good amount of money for SF. I doubt that it will be sold anytime soon.

Considering everything is in a decent condition I would put a value of the park at about 100 Million dollars. Think, if a ride like Bull is maybe say 10 Million, and then you have many other rides, support buildings, and the land itself ( Close proximity to Gurnee Mills) Makes it not only hot property, but worth a lot.

Kyle times that by 5 and then maybe you'll be close. Remember that Cedar Fair got a basement bargain deal with SFWoA for $145 million. Ours is worth much more.

I still have $2.00 in my pocket for it right now. Give or take a few pennies.

It only costed 40 million to build Marriott's Great America. 2 Top Thrill Dragsters would cost more now-a-days.

While I have no idea how much it is currently worth, I think it's very safe to say that it is worth far more now then what it cost to build the original park.

Wow... Id sure hope it would be over a million, the blacktop alone is worth a couple mill.

Id say theres no way that Six flags Inc. would sell one of their most profitable parks unless they got an offer of atleast 250 mill, if not more.

Let's pretend we had 9 coasters and they cost 10 million each, that would be 90 million just for the coasters. However, we have 12 REAL (I'm not going to count Am E as two) rollercoasters. Wicked Twister at CP (similiar to V2) is 9 million while SUF was supposed to be around 12 million.

I would say that RB had to cost a hefty price along with the first inverted ride, BTR. Many smaller flats (not water rides) are around 100,000 or greater for today's prices. GD is supposedly around 7 million.

I would estimate that the park would be worth about 300 million. It may seem high, but you have to remember the shops, shows, landscaping, and restaurants in the park along with the rides.

Yeah maybe or a little bit over. You also got to think about all the bills they have to pay plus the workers too.

Now were adding a waterpark into the mix. I would assume that the value would go up.
