At around 6pm today Triple Play opened for what might be the first time this season. The Ride looks very very clean and the new paint job is great.

I did get a chance to go on it, and it runs excellently. the new cars i guess are very comfortable and theres no seat belts on TP.

Is there a lap bar at least? I hope the ride isn't relying on physics alone to hold you in the car!

I'm guessing the same type of lapbar they had before. If they didn't any lapbar, the state would be all over them.

Ok, I just didn't realize that it had seatbelts before. And I have ridden it, though not for about 2 years.

I think that Galvan316 is saying that since some flats just this year have had seatbelts put in such as East River Crawler, and Condor, maybe they put them on Triple Play too (but they didn't). Also, we have seatbelts on Viper and Am E now.

When i saw the sign on triple play that said "Please Pardon Our Dust" I thought that they were taking it down.
I feel so stupid But anyway I'm so glad it is open again.

Took a spin on it today and it was nice to ride it again.
I noticed when the ride starts, the yellow arm really starts to spin fast compared to the green and red arm.

If your talking about Triple Play, I doubt they were to long. If your talking about the park in general it was packed considering it was July 4th weekend and the half price cans were still going on up until Sunday.
