Well when I was there on Wednesday they were testing it the whole day, and the noise stopped by the end of the day, so I think that it has stopped

When I was there yesterday I never saw it opened but then again I only saw it once. After that I was too busy riding B:TR with my friend over and over and over again.
Hopefully next time I go it will be open.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

yea probably, but I see no reason why they cannot use them when it is 60, unless they don't want to get the people wet at night because it would be freezing the rest of the night

The jets probably wont be used until it is warmer out and/or Six flags thinks the conditions are suitable

The water jets don’t get you wet so they would be used all the time. They are not being used yet because they are most likely still playing around with the program. Once the program is set then water jets will work.
