Goodbye 11/9!
Six Flags desghned and built Viper.
I believe it is also a mirror image of the Coney Island Cyclone. The only large difference being one of the drops.
I think that in house means that the coaster just keeps going in circles and doesnt extend outside the first big circle. I'm not sure if that makes any sense at all, it's just the easiest way I could explain it.

In a nutshell.
It WASN'T built by CCI, GCI, S&S, or Gravity Group. 
Six Flags themselves built the thing and I must say they did a kick booty job. I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
