Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Hello! I am trying to make a documentary about the shows that have played in the Grand Music Hall. If anyone could help especially with shows from before 2005, it would be much appreciated.

If you look through here you should be able to find a few of the shows they performed in the 70s.

I would also check out the 3 volumes of Screams and Dreams as they talk about entertainment in them.

Thank You. I checked them out, they were quite helpful with securing dates. If anyone else has links or dates of past shows please send them my way.

Ohh, it's been a while since I posted! So I do remember some vintage shows, though I can't say if they were all in the GMH or in Theatre Royale. I can't say if these are 100% accurate, but I hope this is a good starting list. Here's my list from what I remember:

1) Reflections: Sights and Sounds of the 60's (The original, not the new revived), dating back from the 80's era? Or 90's?

2) Also including Dancing in the Streets original show (Again, not the revived contemporary version)

3) Not sure if these were GMH shows, but I think there were two shows called Show Stoppin and We got the Beat. I don't know if these were post-2005 or not, but I'm very confident they existed.

Anything else that I recall have been shows that were in other theatres like Theatre Royale or the SW Ampitheatre. If I remember anything else, I'll add a new post.

If anyone misses the Peking Acrobats show, I found a video of it at a different park, but yet it's similar stuff:

And this video has the bicycle part at the beginning:

And lastly, here's the plate section:

What's interesting to me, is that on their website, they are listed as playing at multiple Six Flags parks such as St. Louis, New England, Over Georgia, Great Adventure, Fiesta Texas, and Astro World (Obviously, closed now).
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
