Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Does anyone think that the name is still gonna be Hurricane Force, but they are just waiting a while to reveal that name due to the events that happened during this past year?

I think that's a possibility. I personally really like the name, but I understand why they held back. I could see them taking the other route and naming it something not potentially offensive... but then again it's 2017, everything offends somebody

I'm not saying it should be called Tidal Wave, but this would be the perfect time to bring back that name. Sent from my VS501 using Tapatalk

I think that WLLC will be a pretty fun ride. It seems like it has great hangtime. I haven't ridden a Super Loop in a long time, so I am pretty excited. (Also the name makes the laugh sometimes haha)

^To each their own, but I think they will actually name it, not leave it “World’s Largest Carnival Flat”. The whole reason they didn’t announce the name was likely the fault of the natural disasters that occurred in August. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I can't believe they went with Hangover! I'm so excited! I wonder if the skull jester will be included in the sign or around the loop.

Am I looking in the wrong place, or is there nothing about any sort of extended season in this announcement?

Constriction hasn't even started yet. I guess it won't take as long as the Joker did.

This entire project will probably take them a week to erect. Its basically a fair ride with a foundation. I'm guessing it will be up in March or April.

Or they’ll wait to get pieces shipped in April/May. I’m curious about colors. Really hoping it’s not the red orange combo. I’m hopin for some black & gold or the typical green yellow & purple.

The orange and red they show on their website is ok...but I think the green trains look nice.

I'm actually considering calling it a series of cars instead of a train because it's an oversized fair ride, not a coaster.

Brave stance. That'll teach them a lesson!

Because King Chaos's platform is raised off the ground, will they cheat with the "100 feet tall" ?

Construction started late January. A lot of ground work and concrete pouring has to be done. The track assembly won't take long but they need to create a pit/basement for the motor and other maintenance amenities.

There is a surprising amount of ground work that has to be done. From a technical standpoint, hangover is much much different from the carnival versions
