Light Kits?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Does anyone know if out new rides in Marti Gras will have the light kits. Top Spins look awesome when they are spinning at night if they have the lighting. I doubt that they will, but I love how cool the Orbit looks at night because of all the lights.

Why do you doubt it? All of our flats (except for some CCN and LTNP, I think) have lights. They'll probably be the colors of Mardi Gras.

I would assume all of our flats will come with the standard lighting packages that each ride comes with, though traditionally on Top Spins that is just a few spotlights on the ground and the couple lights on the bottom of the gondola. I dont think any of our flats come with the super complex lighting packages that you see on some carnival rides, but there should be at least some lights on them, probably equivlent to what you see on other flats around the park.

MardiGras, to me, seems to be a time of festivity and lights. I could see a lot of mellow coloured lights all over, kinda like patio lights, enhanse the look of the bayou.

That's what I mean... the really cool lighting. It's what I'm hoping for!

If there are any colored lights they will most likely be yellow, green or purpule because those are the mardi gras colors and this is the mardi gras section of the park. Makes sense doesn't it .
