I don't want to start any rumors, just wondering something. I've heard some stupid rumors about Shockwave, (Shock in one part of the park, Wave in another, also Six Flags bringing the whole coaster back.) But it IS still is storage, right??? Now I don't really care if it comes back, but isn't it weird that they would STILL have it??
In my opinion, not really. Just think, where else would they put it until its found another home? Old Indiana was sold so SFI doesnt have a dumping ground anymore for rides. Personally I think is going to be melted down

Well the Shock and Wave rumor has been around since it was torn town, though supposedly Shock would go to SFA and Wave to SFAW, obviously that will never happen.
I dont think it's going to be scrapped, just because it's a perfectly good operable ride and SF has been using a load of used rides lately (most from a closed Japanese Park), I think Shockwave will be used somewhere in the SF chain either in 05 or 06.
Also of interest, SFI bought PGA's tidal wave and it's sitting in the parking lot at SFMW, has been since early last year, I think SF is saving these rides so next year or whenever, they really dont have to spend much at all and it will look as if parks are getting nice capital, stockholders like that.
