One person says a wish they'd like to come true, and the user below them grants and backfires it.

Example:

User 1: I wish I had a B&M in my backyard.
User 2: Granted, but it has serious mechanical problems and costs a lot to operate.

I wish Six Flags would fill all the holes in the park. (Trailblazer, Cajun, Sky Trail, etc.)
