It would be cool if they built a Mack launching coaster to go around the water rides. Has anyone seen the layout for Helix? Something like that would be great, we are still missing a multi looper. Have the station in RCs spot.
The single rider line was rarely over 10 minutes. Odd how that was the only coaster at SFGAm to have one unless I'm forgetting one.
You're correct. I think the park is doing fine as is but could still benefit from more single rider lines.
The flumes used to be a must when I was younger, if they're removed it would kill a little bit of the nestalga but I wouldn't mind if they're removed. To cut to the chase, I'm afraid some type of Zac-Spin is going to go into RC's old spot. Not sure about the dimensions but it appears to take up the same amount of space with a better layout. I know the capacity great but we lived with RC for 9 yrs and it might be able to shipped to another park easily after we have our turn. http://vekoma.com/index.php/experience- ... s/stingray
It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? (Sorry in advance for unnecessary commas and parenthesis every where)
I just don't see a Zacspin for this park, because 1. The capacity is horrible, and replacing one capacity nightmare with another is just not what this park is doing lately, and 2. the reviews are pretty bad for Zacspins, with many saying how uncomfortable they are and they are not worth the wait.
Ragin Cajun was a unique situation where the park fixed the coaster until it was broke giving it a capacity of 3 adults rather than the 4 it was designed for. Not many groups are odd numbers so a single rider line made sense.

The park has removed a great family roller coaster so I say replace it with another. We focused so many years on gaining family attractions that to take out one of the greatest family rides is/was a stupid move in my opinion. If capacity was a true issue, then why doesnt anyone ever complain about Little dippers? Its because the guests know its a "kid coaster" or family attraction. Its a small ride, so build another cute but fun family coaster & tbh, I could see this: http://www.vekoma.com/index.php/family- ... -boomerang being perfect!!!
I don't see a Vekoma anything for Six Flags anytime soon. Except for Re locations from Within the Chain, Six Flags hasn't bought anything from Vekoma since 2002 with Stunt Fall. I've "heard" that the main reason is that the Deja Vu incidents caused Six Flags to boycott them. I don't know if it's true, But I'd believe it.
And I love Little Dipper cause it's fun. That and the Glow In the Park Parade were the best attractions Shapiro added from 07 to 10 (Probably 11 cause we were supposed to get Chang)
[quote="JimPanky"]I love our flumes but I could see something happening in that area. Maybe down size or get rid of them and maybe downsize or get rid of rapids and you open up alot of space with Mardis Gras.
You cannot posibly serious about shrinking Rapids? it is short enough as it is I would love to see a revamp and refurbishment of the ride adding a whirlpool and more waterfalls and more rafts. You cannot leave the park with LR, YC, and BB because BB sucks and the other 2 can be capacity nightmares at least RR has 8 seats. If anything I would love to see them lengthen RR. BB can go its alright but the pumping hurts my shoulder.
You don't realize how much space a coaster takes up, until it's gone. I have mixed emotions about RC's removal. If the flumes go, half of my childhood is gone. When I was younger, I would visit the park and repeat one of four attractions. (Whizzer, Rue Le Dodge, Ragin Cajun, and the flumes.) Sorry for the little sob story.

I don't think there is going to be a sky screamer in Cajun's spot. It's too close to Whirligig....2 swing rides right next to each other..seriously? It was bad enough having 3 yellow rides that close. On a side note, Im glad Cajun is gone and am wondering what is gonna go in its spot.
2 swing's to close to each other and to many yellow coasters? I'm sure many families will cancel their Six Flags plans until the situation is rectified.

It is not an issue with Six Flags. Take a look at the map of SFFT. Look closely at the Spassburg section of the park. Attraction number 1 and attraction number 10 in that area. Yes, that is a SkyScreamer and Whirligig basically right next door to eachother.
Some kid at school today said SFGAm should buy Opa from Mt. Olympus and put it into Cajun's spot to make it seem like nothing ever moved. He suggested a repaint and replaced trains.
