The snack stand (Goliath Snacks) is the former stand of Wolf's Den I believe. They're also opening a little stand to sell souvenirs out of by Goliath that's like X-Flight's Leather Xcessories and opening a Goliath themed gift store called Thrill Seekers. Hopefully I said that right, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Wolf's den has been torn down already to make way for the new gift shop. From what I remember there will be a new gift shop that you will have to go through to exit the ride. Also a new snack stand will be built. It will be a Coke themed stand just like one by X-flight.
The blueprints of the area showed the exit going through the store, although that could have changed. I'm wondering if maybe it'll be an open air store because I don't see how that little space is going to hold merchandise, a counter, room for people to walk through as they exit, and room for people who are actually buying stuff.
I think the wooden structure at the end of the zero-G stall that leads the track down into the tunnel is going up now.

Hi boys and girls a question for you. We all know about the incident at Texas where the woman fell out of The New Texas Giant. With the height and elements of Goliath do you think something like this could happen here? BTW Gerstlauer has said " The Texas Giant was not defective or unsafe in any matter" They go on to further say that Six Flags was to blame for not making sure that her seat belt was properly secure and a ride op should have stoped the ride when they noticed her lap bar was too high. Thoughts? Comments?
^ Thoughts? In this case Gerstlauer is full of it. Saying the trains should have had seatbelts, but Six Flags didn't want them? Hey, Gerstlauer, YOU STILL BUILT THE FREAKIN' TRAINS!! If they felt the trains needed seatbelts, then don't ship them to SFOT without seatbelts
Looks like the bents for the beginning of the zero-G stall are going up now.

I just thought of something that not that many poeople have thought of. What will happen to Goliath in Fright Fest? A re-name? Is Tiny's brother/sister coming? Tell me what you think!
I think it will probably stay Goliath for Fright Fest but I can see them lighting up the tunnel (if they don't do it during the regular season) and maybe adding fog.

X-Flight didn't get a different name, so I doubt Goliath will
Well, considering the trains are coming directly from RMC and already contain seat belts along with lap bars....there's not much else one could really speculate about.
If Anton could design steel coasters in the 70's only using lap bars and the basic principles of physics, it can certainly be done in 2014

Has it been confirmed that the ride will have seat belts? I know Hank said that it wouldn't.

Nothing has been confirmed regarding seat belts on Goliath. At this point, it looks like Goliath will NOT have seat belts.
