I'm sure if he really does work for the park, or work for the construction crew building the ride, if he did give any info whatsoever, no matter how minor, he would not have a job for much longer at all.

DejaVu2001 and BP we both know lol the truth about RagingBullguy... really? Sorry Raging Bull guy I am not buying a cent out of it. Just like BP said, prove it... if you really do work for park and get pics, you can prove yourself... I somehow already know the answer.
TP said- "Working for 13 years is way different then just getting hired for a minimum wage disposable position mostly filled by high schoolers."
At Six Flags it doesnt matter if you are working there 1 year or 13, any position is disposable... Any.
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!
I am only allowed to give construction updates not plans for the ride and on Monday im going in to work on the station and the PDF Picture files wont open on this POST REPLY so if you dont believe me IDC ive ben working at six flags for a long time and I am Helping Build X-Flight and I was part of the construction crew for Little Dipper
^ Here's how you can prove yourself without posting pictures: 1. What color is the maintenance road that runs from the maintenance shops to to Viper? 2. What color is the maintenance road that runs from Iron Wolf to Superman: Ultimate Flight on the East edge of the park? 3. What color is the maintenance road that runs from Iron Wolf to Orlean's Place through the center of the park?
That's getting a bit out of hand, and quite ridiculous. Believe what you want, there's no reason to try and prove anything - to anyone here. Save your juvenile arguments for another place, and another time.
BACK ON TOPIC!
Do you guys think X-Flight is enough to bring GA's attendance past 3 Million this upcoming season?
Well if the park does want to go beyond 3 million, they better start advertising like crazy for X-Flight. The sooner you can grt more people talking about your new coaster the better. But yes I do believe they should get a great turn out this year.

With the wonderful invention of Social Media...Six Flags doesn't need to spend a dime on advertising (although they will). Mix that in with the free publicity of press releases, newspaper articles, and whatnot and theres all the press you need.

Actually I disagree. SFGAm is not really a destination park and it's more for the local residents of the Milwaukee and Chicago area. So if the gas prices go up, less people will be taking week long, out of state, vacations and they will be going to places like SFGAm for their vacation. I don't have any numbers what so ever but I noticed that 2008 was a very busy year for the park. Out of the 15 or so visits the park was packed every time. Gas was also over $4 at that time. In 2009, gas prices were under or right around $2 and out of the 20ish visits I don't think I waited more then 20 mins for anything.
Now Im not basing my theory on my experiences alone, but it helps explain.
It might just be me or the view of the webcam, but between the supports and the key hole elements everything is looking really tight. To me it looks like there will be some serious head/ foot choppers!
Does anyone know if they got some more track done this morning? Only thing that was built today visible from the webcam to me is part of the station to the left.
If you pause at 1:18 on X flight video you can see that support is "inside" the tower. As the guy pointed out above, the tower starts as soon as you are 90 degree to the right, then the support you see above, then you exit the tower. So over all pretty decent size tower.
At 0:90 I think to the right of the track, before the station could be a possible space for queue house.

I definitely should have checked the video. All I did was look at the picture and saw the support seeming to sit next to, and not quite inside, the tower. I just like painting on my pictures :S
Yesterday or the day before they put up those stairs going over the station. Now it looks like they have done more work on them and other parts of the station.
Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)

Yep, looks like the support will be literally encased on the tower structure. I pretty much assumed they wouldn't because it would be a lot harder to tear anything down or inspect the ride (which is a pretty big deal, right?)
