Yes. Don't you hate it after the park closes after Halloween?? :( Im looking forward to Frighfest but after its over, its over. So everyone enjoy these last days of SFGAM. Looks like theres exactly 27 days that the park is open. After this week is over, SFGAM is only open first 2 weekends in September :( Then only friday-sundays in October for Frightfest. Man, its coming to a close so fast. Last time I went was in early to mid June. :x  I definitely need to go get my dose of SFGAM asap!! :o

I know it's been a great season an im not even CLOSE to having it end

I wish the season would never end. It's seems so long; the darn off-season! The 2 zoos help a little bit though, and the monster trucks event.

Man, I got nothin to look forward to or pass the time after SFGAM closes for the season. After Halloween, it all kinda starts to go to sh*t for me. I am a funatic of spring, summer and Halloween. After Halloween, its done. Gotta suffer through the b*tch*ng cold of winter and snowstorms, and not to mention theres nothing to do in blistering cold! And thats what? 4-5 or sometimes 6 months??! Well Im gonna try and not think about the off season. Its gonna be hard not to, but as long as this site is very very active after SFGAM closes, then I'll be good. Anyone else thinks they kinda have a problem being too attached to SFGAM?? hit me up on facebook everyone. I love chattin about anything that has to do with SFGAM :D I can spend hours chatting. Later y'all

I find myself in at the park a couple time a week in the summer depending on weather, crowds etc. Sometimes I just go and ride the train or spectate/people watch depending on my mood for that day. I live only 10-15 mins from the park, so its fairly easy to just come to the park at random times. I feel like I am getting a great deal from my season and parking pass because at first i was thinking it was too steep, but now I dont because i've been to the park so much that its worth it and more.

I know that Great America has gone through lots of changes over the years, some changes we liked and some we didnt like, but i am just grateful that we have a park/water park at all because I know people that live in areas that dont have ANY thing recreational to do within hundreds of miles that compare to sfgam.

Also, i dont know if this has been discussed earlier, but does anyone know what's going on with the organization of the parking at sfgam recently?I noticed that they now have the season pass people on the side of the front lot near the buses separated from the others parkers with a fence and then they have a small amount of cars going into the back lot as well. Just though this was wierd when i came to the park the other day.
