Unless they took a stock photo with a P&S digital camera within the last couple years, that is not a stock photo. You can tell by the paint difference: the new paint is higher quality and a shade brighter.

Yes but again, there is no solid proof. You say we are spoiled, but Great Adventure has some of the best roller coasters out of any park. We have not gotten a even decent ride since 2003 when Superman was added and we lost a even greater ride much like GASM - Shockwave. So until you can actually prove which park Chang is going to, you need to base everything on rumor.
In my point of view I actually think they may still tear down GASM but no replace it with anything this year. That is a lot of space for what could be a even more major attraction, where at our park its limited in space and we cant fit a large major new attraction. Thats why I still believe Chang is still going to Great America.

Thank you shockwave. It seems like all the great adventure fans all say the same: "ask a ride op or a janitory they all say gasm is gone. All of you sfgam people are ungrateful/spoiled/etc. Face it Chang is coming because my friends uncles girlfriend ex husbands child who sells churros at great adventure says were getting chang so haha".

Reasons it'll be at sfgam: -Board meeting (WEATHER OR NOT IF IT WAS CANCELLED) -Pieces found at the park -Plans of where Chang would be -Open area where Chang could fit
Reasons why it'll be at great adventure -Internet trolls insisting that it'll be there -BS rumors -people believing everything as fact (gasms removal)

Great America may haven't had a new major coaster since 2003, but you all have recived better, a new waterpark! new rides every season! what more could you ask for? Kentucky Kingdom hasnt had a new major coaster since Ed Hart left in 97 or 98

Great Adventure could be losing a major coaster! all their doing is taking out a coaster and prolly putting another one in its place! Its just like when you all took out the Shockwave and replaced it with Superman!

I'm not a troll and I'm not an ACEr. If I do show you my proof I get in trouble and my source gets in trouble and you guys are still pissed off. Its not a supervisor or anyone related to the park in that way. Well he is, since its his homepark but thats it. I can't say much more.
True, but employees come on here and read these rumors. If they happen to repeat them, then people find truth to it when really it's just the same rumor coming from an authoritative figure

All this topic is about is you hopes and dreams.
First of all you cannot be right in the brain and compare Kentucky Kingdom's failure to Six Flags Great America. Second of all, Chang is not I repeat NOT going back to KK. There is no case. The board never went to the courts for Chang to come back. Looks more like Six Flags paid some fee for their intended build of Bonzai Beach and that is it. Ed already presented his plans. No Chang I repeat no Chang on there. A new water park for KK is. Get over it.

Your right it is a stock photo, but it was still taken after the ride was re-painted, so we can agree that this picture is post re-paint/pre-ads. I completely forgot SF had their website re-done with newer photo's.

Here in louisville we get more facts about whats going on. The KFEC has filed a lawsuit aggainst Six Flags about the removal of Chang being a fake, get it through your head! Everyone knows bonzai beach was a fake to get Chang out of the park before they closed the park! And in the lawsuit also filed by the KFEC, they want the ride BACK! or a FEE! for the ride.
Ed Hart has not said a thing about Chang. Thats why you have seen nonthing about the ride in his plans. The only time he's been in the news was when he was annouce the re-new owner of the park.
So you don't know were the ride is going rite now! SIx Flags may won't tear down the Scream Machine until their is a ruling or settlement in the Chang case!
Wasn't that case dropped during bankruptcy court? If not, they should drop it. They have no proof that Bonzai Beach was faked. They had ads up for it, and they even had 2010 season brochures.
It will take about two months to take GASM down, then put Chang up. Where's the problem bucko.
