So what? Just because I don't live near a park doesn't mean I can't know about it. I know more espescially about Great Adventure ( a lot ) yet I live in Massachusetts. Open you're mind up a little. Just wait and see, then I can say I told you so.
^ I get it. It's your home park, and you want good things for it. That's the same for all of us. But if you were getting a big addition, why have you guys yet to have a single notification of it? No track pieces, supports. Nothing.
^Like you said, continue this argument in PMs. All I'm going to say here is, "Has any other park thats receiving a coaster in 2011 gotten track yet? Specifically BGA. Right." Check your PMs.
No one should be stating opinions and speculation as facts. Whether it be a theme, opening date, or when construction starts. Unless it comes from the board meeting, or we can see it, there is no reason to be making anything fact. There is a fine line between the two.
For the record...

If you take a look at the trains and the construction of other stand-up coasters, you'll see that the Stand-Up and Floorless trains relatively have the same heartline. It was a great thought for the time being.
onyxhotel08 wrote:T2 is and will stay on Kentucky Kingdom property. Six Flags will not get any more rides most likely. Chang's staircase, train, support pole, lift hill and track piece have been discovered at the park since November.
What the hell are you talking about?!
The only known items at the park are the trains, a staricase, support, and lift hill start piece. Where the hell did you get the idea that the lift hill is all at the park?!
Andthe piece of track was discovered in April, not November.
And also, EDNOR was just put up. It was painted on the ground, and look at that! It looks BRAND NEW!
So are you trying to say that when Raging Bull was put up, it got all scratched up?
I knew about Ednor going up, but there are a lot of Vecoma duplicates out there, so I wasn't sure if that was T2 or another one. Thanks

Ok, lets play the waiting game for the next 70-80 days and see if I'm actually right. I'm quite curious myself if my source was telling the truth.
^^ Wait never mind I take back what I said. T2 isn't Ednor, Ednor is the coaster from Astroworld (Serial Thriller right?). So again, since we already know what's the basic plan with Chang, what about T2? I mean like if you slap some new paint on that, scrape off the rust, and renovate it a little you got yourself a decent SLC there. Some people might hate the idea, but hey a new ride is always a good thing in my book. Hey it could be the new Iron Wolf haha (no facts here, just speculation).

^No you wouldn't. Saying T2 sucks is an insult to things that suck. No park should be unfortunate enough to ever have that ride, including the under new management Kentucky Kingdom.
Wow, T2 is really that bad huh?! I rode Mind Eraser at SFNE, & HATED it, I nearly cried with white knuckles screamin for it to be over already & we were just entering the immelman. :/ OMG, it sucked. It was to my surprise cause I never heard anything good about SLCs & I rode my first one the day before at SixFlags America findin it to be no more rough than our Demon. But I've been told T2 is worse than SFNEs...that's terrifying.

True, but I think every ride sucks when it is neglected to a certain point, just look at Iron Wolf. I mean its going to suck when its is so neglected that they just stop theming it halfway through and just forget about painting it. It is an SLC prototype, but it became the layout that like every other SLC became. Also, when you look at like Ednor, people are loving that ride because they revamped it. Just give T2 some southern hospitality and then it might not be that bad. (by some, I mean quite a bit)

I feel the problem with SLC's also lies in the restrain, their hard as a boulder, and their huge. You can't put your head in front, or else you'll get your neck beaten. VeCOMA. 'nuff said.
There is nothing worse then going off topic then to waste just as much space saying "MAKE A NEW TOPIC", let alone having to waste the space to post this message!
Well to relate the topic back to Chang, does anyone know what the restraints on Chang are like. Are they the same as Iron Wolf's, what with the bicycle seat and movable shoulder restraints? Are they bigger, smaller? But yeah, Vecoma is not really the best manufacturer for ride quality, except Deja Vu. Speaking of which, I go to Montana every-year and Silverwood theme park is having none of the breakdown problems GA had. Apparently, it has only closed minimal number of times because of a new better software. Ugh I miss Deja Vu so much...

^That's an awesome username - Dejablues, but I like it better without the s - Dejablue. I still like the username though.
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
^ Why thank you. Ok, fine I admit it, we are officially way off of topic, but if I am getting complemented then I am fine with this.

This is getting horribly off topic and looking like a chat room. Keep the bickering out of this topic and in PMs or the chatroom. I had to go back a page and a half to actually find something about Chang.
Let's try and act like grown ups even if we aren't yet.

The restraints are the same design as Ironwolf on Chang...its the rest of the train that's different from seat to structure, IW is more of an Intamin designed train. I like Mantis & Riddler more than I like IW train wise. They're sexier "bullet-nose" & nicer seats. My opinion but I think its a favored one haha.
Someone really needs to lay off the edit button on Wikipedia. AGAIN, someone added on the page that Six Flags confirmed Chang for 2011, and that track and the lifthill we're found. False and False.
The only track piece found was by eagle and that was a straight-lifthill piece.
