Due to the troubles of looking for a job since the economy is in the "sha-dooby," I plan on working ( again ) at Six Flags over the summer as I return from school. Never thought I would return there. I was somewhat interested in working for characters or entertainers. Anyone who is familiar with this subject can you please answer my questions...
1. How much do you get paid hourly?
2. Working as a character, do you have to work straight full shift hours or do you get long breaks in between?
3. Are all the jobs taken for entertainers? And if not how much is the pay? Also, what do you do to have to audition for the part?
4. Can you bring a small lunch, snack, that you can eat during your shifts?
Thanks alot guys. And if you dont want to post on here than you can message me if you want.
No matter how hard it is...Never EVER give up. The real failure is those who dont try.
This is for Characters: 1. 13$ an hour. 2. 15 min brake every hour. 3. They r always looking for Characters like Bugs Bunny etc. 4. Well sure you can, the little facilities are all over SFGAm, where u take ur "head off" and sure u can grab a snack and water.
Disadv-> The customs are made from cotton and some parts are very thick... People do fade, so will you... you will be sweating like a @#$%%. It very nice money, unlike Ride Ops. 7$an hour., but its the sunner thats the killer. But then again 15 min brake an hour of work.
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!
Well, then your best bet would be to drive to the employee entrance and state that you want to apply for a position. You will get the most info that way.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
