Years ago SFGAm, when they had the coaster dude line of apparel, they had a T-shirt for basically every major ride in the park. Was a basic t with just the ride logo on the front and said Six Flags Great America on the back. The price was reasonable(under like $12) and I had basically all of them, though this was back in the 90's, I had basically all of them but only ones i have left are American Eagle, Demon and Giant Drop, though I dont wear any of them as they have gotten to be in pretty bad shape, end up being work shirts.
Wish they still had them, were nice. Eagle actually had a majority of the lifthill and first drop silkscreened into the background on the front of it, besides the logo.

I'm submitting my application for Walt Disney in a few weeks for Graphic/Animation at WDW or telecommunication in Disneyland so I'm looking forward to that.
What prior experience do you have? Have you worked for Disney or participated in the college program? If not, you'll need to work extra hard at getting that spot, as seniority in the company will take a huge factor. Best of luck !

Oh, John, don't worry, all those years working there, he has no chance of beating you to that position.
I hope they make some cool shirts for the new ride, though, like a Dark Knight shirt that says "Why so Serious?" on the back or something.

I have network work and working hard to get there. I do have potentials to get in. Prob not for the graphic/animiation part but more for the webdesign and so forth... I'm looking forward to it.
I wish there is SFGAm construction pictures as well. I am excited to see the SFGAd but where are the SFGAm at... anyway... Hope to see something here soon!
^ Did you take a close look at some of those pictures? Some of the plans say "Six Flags Great Adventure" on them.
While it does not matter to much as all the rides will be the same, just thought it interesting that some of the plans posted were of SFGAdv's instead of the SFNE plans.
I also want to ask if anyone has taken a drive to the little community park in Gurnee? In looking at it from Maps.live.com, my best guess is that the park is around 100 yards from the site of TDK. While we may not see much now, I think it may be time for someone to take a drive to that park and see what we can see. See picture below.
The Red line shows where TDK is being built. The Yellow line shows the playground / park that I am talking about. Last time I was out there, this was a public park, so there should be no worries that you would be tresspassing, as we all know that is not allowed.
^hmmmmm, sounds like fun! I'll have to give it a try on Saturday.
Here's a question i was wondering about this ride, why on earth are they building the building BEFORE they build the ride?! Seems kind of Backwards to me....

I was thinking the same thing.

^The only logical reason i can come up with is so that if they get the building up first, the sh!ty weather in Illinois will now not be a factor the rest of the building process. Seems smart to me.
