1A is my favorite too, although I really don't care if I get onto the B.

SFGAm does have the seat assigning, but if you request a row, they will let you wait for that row and fill that row you were getting assigned to with the group behind you.

I'm just glad to have a ride that still gives me the chills before I ride it. Going up that second tower makes you nauseous, and the first drop is unbeatable. You feel like you're gonna fall off. It's a classic, if it ends up not breaking down so much.

I've had one problem on Vu, it includes getting stuck on it front seat. We were facing the ground and then it stopped before dropping us snd I really had to go to the bathroom. I was afraid that if some little kid would pee behind me, it would go on me. Oh well, we got an exit pass.

Well, when you have to go to the bathroom, and the harness is really squeezing your front for 20 minutes, yeah its not the best, but fore an exit pass, i was happy.

Can anyone explain what exactly happens when it valleys? It doesn't catch then do the brakes activate and slow it down?

Also how does it valley between the loop and the boomerang?

The ride has not valleyed since 03. A valley is when it stalls either between the loop/boomerang or in the boomerang.

When it gets stuck between the loop/tower 2 or at the bottom of the boomerang right after the station, that is either a miscatch or retraction, not a valley.

So is the catch car is able to catch it when it has a miss catch?

^I think so because the cart comes down grabs it, takes it up, and drops it, although I'm not sure if they evacuate before. Did it ever get stuck on the boomerang at Gam?

on tower 2, they attach a winch to the train and they have to winch it part way up the incline to meet the catch car.

It probably is, but I don't think the catch car comes down far enough to reattach the train.

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

In the event of a miscatch on tower 2 :

1) The Catch Car is lowered to its lower grab position (at the base of the tower)

2) The train must roll to a stop once it is released from the brakes (once the catcher hits the lower grab position).

3) Train rolls to a stop, catcher keeps lowering into position.

4) Power is transferred to a winch, and maintenance will hook up the train to the winch.

5) The train is winched into a position where the catcher will automatically grab it.

6) Disconnect train from winch, return power to tower, and then Autostart the ride...

The whole process is about 15-25 minutes, depending on how close maintenance is. Also goes a lot easier with 3 people.
