Labor day Weekend

It looks like I will be visiting on Sunday 9/4 all day and Monday 9/5 till 3 or so. I will be there on Sunday with a friend and then returning on Monday with my friend and my daughter.

Anyway, I need a little help here. My friend doesn't have a SP and I am out of my bring a friend for 1/2 off coupons from STL. Where in the Chicago area can I get discount tickets to SFGAM?

I figure it doesn't do any good to search old topics since discounts and effective dates change. I will be coming up I-39 Friday night, and coming down to the park via US 41, so if you know any locations near these roads it would be an added bonus.

Also, what in park discounts does the park give SP holders? I saw somewhere that if you buy 2 fastlanes, you get 1 free?

I know the last time I had been through Taco Bell (last week sometime) they still had signs up for either $7 or $10 off so maybe they still have coupons??

You can get $7 off at Subway and Taco Bell. For the fast lanes, you need to have the coupon for it.

BTW, I still have my STL half off price coupon and dont plan on using it, but I dont plan on going to SFGAm on that weekend till Monday (PM me about the coupon if you want it and find out a way to get you it, if we can), I am still considering Sunday, but highly doubt it. I dont think it will help since you will most likely go out and buy some MVPs.

GRRR! I want to go this weekend, I doubt It'll be very crowded. Saturday, I'm going to see my sister at College. Sunday I'm working, Monday I have to go to school(not for school for extra-curricular stuff) It's not going to be a restful labor day!

If you buy your tickets from Jewels, they have discounted tickets. I always buy them there.

Darn weddings!! DJVG I have my sister's bridal party on Sunday too!! GRRR! I may go up on Saturday for a few hours for some night rides because my back feels much better today

...umm aero...they do look at the photos... I went today and overheard them talking about making sure to check the photos so they match because other people are trying to use the passes b/c it is the end of the year etc. etc.

Jewel or sixflags.com is a good way to get tix... or a pick n save..whichever

They don't always check the photos. My picture is really dark this year and I've been asked for ID a couple of times.

How are the crowds on Labor day, historically? We're thinking about making a last-minute trip but I don't want to be stuck in lines all day. Is Labor day usually packed or is it like any other weekday this time of year?

I figured there would be a rush considering it's the last weekday to go until FF.
