How does a white box that just sits there annoy you? As my first grade teacher would say, "Don't bother it, and it won't bother you." Just don't look at it. Simple as that.

I don't hate ads. A lot of people don't hate ads. In fact, I like to read some ads. I think you are probably thinking about pop-up ads, which this site has none of.

Hosting a site isn't free, the ads that were added to the forums are too cover the cost of hosting the site along with the ads on the rest of the site. We are just testing out the google ads for now, they might stay on the forums or they might just be temporary. I don't see how the little ad could bother anybody, it has nothing to do with a page loading slower and like galvan said alot of people's signatures take up more room then the ad does.

This has gone on long enough. The ads are here to generate revanue to pay for the bills (hosting isn't cheep).

Give it a couple of days and you won't even notice them.
