Right now I don't see anything on the site itself that is slow... Server loads are low and haven't changed really all day.
If it happens again run a tracert to here from a command prompt to see if there is a slow server somewhere in between.

it was really slow back on Sunday, yesterday and today it's been fine, at least for me.
