Running Very Slowly

Is it my computer at this particular moment in time or is there a site-based reason that the forum is moving really slowly? It also logged me out when my browser said it "encountered a problem and needed to close". I had to log back in for the first time since I joined. Some kind of virus or is my ISP just going nuts at the moment? I figured I'd ask because it doesn't seem to give me this problem with any other site. Not now at least.

It seems to be working fine now.

I believe there was server work being performed by our host earlier today. Thats why the site was running so slowly.
