Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
According to online talk, Six Flags Great America is in talks to launch a new coaster for 2009. This will coincide with the release of the new Superman movie in summer 2009. Could it be? Would Six Flags really want 2 Superman coasters in one park?

I can see it being called "Ride Of Steel" because "The Dark Knight" is being built this year and lacks the Batman Name.

^^Me too. Unless this is a different coaster possibility?
They already have 2 "Batman" themed coasters, so even if they build something else Superman themed, I wouldn't like it, but there would be nothing really wrong with it. They'd probably do it.

Even though I think this topic makes no sense and is just someone posting something the Dippin Dots guy told him, I'd like to say as long as its a clone of the S:ROS from SFNE its ok

^Six Flags is going to stay away from INTAMIN and Vekoma.
If anything, I have money on a GCI or a Floorless (not a dive machine). But I still don't think we will get this new coaster in 09.

That's Colonel Mustard Speak for Wow, what a pointless topic.

I think I found something related to this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fWWujtB9Zs
But now I have another reason for doubt....There's no room for a coaster this big!!!

Well, although Woodland made a good point saying we need to stay on topic, I feel the need to say that with Shiparo, Whizzer's staying.
And nah, I don't believe we would, however I don't know.
Eh.......I got nothing.

Can we talk about the 2008 season first? Plus, there are already a couple topics where this one can be discussed.
