They give you a coupon with your packet and you use that to redeem the coupon book. There is also a date of purchase on the season now, at least the 2007 season passes bought during FF last season, that could be another indicator. Either way, you will get your pass book.

Anyone else get those flimsy season passes in the mail? We already got our passes and they sent us some more.

Whenever we renew we just go pass processing center and say we renewed our passes online and then they give us the coupon books.

you can do that. I remember going to guest relations last year to get mine. I'm sure you can just go to pass processing though.

If I were to buy a one day admission ticket online...for a discounted 45 bucks, then when I get to the park I upgrade to a season pass, do I have to pay the whole amount for a season pass or do I still get the $15.00 knocked off?

I believe they will charge you the extra $15 you saved or it can be bought off a full admission ticket. I don't think you'll get it cheaper than the asking price.

Actually, I think you buy Season Passes at the ticket booth where you'd normally buy a ticket.

In the past you have been able to upgrade to get the season pass without being charged extra that you where discounted on a day ticket. My mom and sister both got their season passes on bring a friend for free day last year and where only charged the upgrade price for the season.

That's true. I used to get comp tickets from my cousins that worked at the park and I would upgrade that.

Did you order your Season Pass? If you ordered your season on-line and never received it then you need to call 407.956.3594. (That number is only for online orders)

If you are waiting for pass to come in the mail so that you can activated it. If you did not get it by now you are not going to get one. You will need to buy a season pass online, at Jewel Food Stores or at the park.

If you have any other questions you call the park at 847-249-1800.

Ok I know you can buy a 1 day ticket and then purchase a season pass for a cheaper price at the processing center inside the park. My question is, can you do that to renew a pass?
