Not worth it in my opinion. Of course, if they let you operate a ride, or something along those lines, I'd be all over it.

Last year, they offered it at Great America and one other park (I think SFFT) as a test. Now it is chain-wide.

for me i don't think it's worth it either. For a family who only goes to six flags once a year and want to get the whole feeling of the park, then it may be good. I just don't think for a person who goes to six flags twenty times in one year that it's worth. Especially not if you have a season pass.

Great Adventure offered it last year. Seems like a good deal for a family taking a vacation to Chicago and has never been to Great America before. But not really for people who go every year and have been on most the rides before.

The VIP program is truly designed for VIP's. Six Flags Great America and other parks have had such a program like this for years. These programs were originally designed for celebrities or people will are really rich. But they have started to advertise these to the General Public knowing that there some people that will Spend the $249 a person when they do not even have it to begin with. Times have changed and people are now willing to spend more for a better vacation.

I love this idea! I think it costs more at certain parks as they are better parks, like SFGAM, which is bigger then SFSTL, so it only makes sense to charge a bit more for the VIP tour, just like they charge different amounts for admission tickets to each park.

They should recruit one of us for the job of tour guide, we know waaaay too much about SFGAm not to get that job.

Unless you suck at customer relations...
