Coasters After Dark

I was wondering if the Coasters After Dark events attact heavy crowds or not. I know it's only season pass holders, but I was just wondering. IAre they worth going to? What coasters do they have open for the two hours? Thanks.

its not crowded like a summer afternoon, but the evening crowds really don't leave.

All the coasters should be open during the CAD event. They are lots of fun to go to, especially bothering the ride ops.

if its only for season pass holders, how do they tell who can stay with their pass and who has to leave? Do they check your pass at the ride entrance?

Nobody HAS to leave. But if you plan on getting in line for a coaster after 10pm PLEASE have your season pass ready to present to the nice person in the Six Flags shirt standing at ride entrance.

DO NOT stand in the middle of the que and argue if you don't have a pass...I WILL push past you.

There will be ride attendance at the front of each ride, checking for season passes, no pass - no ride. also, security will randomly be asking to see your pass. (this is what happened last year)

As far as crowds THERE HORRIBLE! You will notice more people showing up around 7pm. Coasters After Dark really didnt do what it was supposed to. it made it worse.

Actually, it did. The intention was that more people would get to the park, then upgrade their ticket that day to a season pass. That's exactly what happened last year, the pass processing center was swamped.

ha I don't think I'll go then. Seems kinda pointless if the place will still be packed anyways...defeats the purpose of ERT it seems.
