I'll definatly see the High Dive show. And I may end up peaking to to see the Lumberjack thingy too just because.
I guess it won't be torn down for the next coaster. (cough-proslide tornado-gag). Great news, glad they found a use for it. The high-dive show ought to be pretty good.
Glad to see that the park is utilizing the largest venue for different stuff all year. A lot of the other parks do the same, rather than book one show.
might b there for Christy Carlson Romano, i dont know though, a bunch of 10 and 11 year-old girls running around isnt exactly my idea of a good time. The high dive and Alligator shows sound intireating though!
SFGAm's events page is somewhat updated, including information for the B96 Teenie Weenie Bee-Kini Blast on June 12th. There is a notice that some shows have limited runs, which are the shows mentioned above.
You would think they would put the high dive show.... in the facility that could actually hold this, the Yukon Ampitheater (don't know the correct name) that used to hold the original high dive show, and that has a large aquarium underneath the stage.
Anyways, if that cheerleading competition is open to public, i'll be there
I just cant wait to see what they do for the high dive show, since the Wilderness Theater is the one with the pool, maybe they'll use that theater for it.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
AARON CARTER?! Why would Six Flags choose him for a concert? I'm not trying to be mean or anything but his music sucks.
Shows I'm interested in:
June 12th- B96 Concert
June 14th-23rd- Paul Bunyun's Lumberjack Show
June 30th-July6th- Kuchunga and the Aligator Show
July 12-13: Sports Illustated-No Limits Tour.
September 10-11: Cheerleading Competition(I'm sure we all know why we will go see that. )
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/
We may not like their selection of performers, but remember that Six Flags is trying to return to it's target demographic of families, and they eat up this Radio Disney stuff.
Six Flags will NEVER bring in an act that will attract mostly teens; there's no money in it.
Here's a show that might interest some teens or anybody who's a fan of the X-Games. I checked into the Sports Illustrated - No Limits tour and it's a BMX show with some rider's that appeared in the X-Games....and in the pictures on there site they also have some skateboarders in the show.
I'd like to see that BMX show. I saw Mat Hoffman's Crazy Freakin Stunt Show when I was down at IOA, and thought it was great. I hope this show is good.
^ I've seen this before. They used to just set up a little curvey thing (I don't know what they're called) and just went back and forth on it. It's really stupid and made the park really crowded. Trust me, unless you are really into that stuff, don't bother going.
600th post!
