Can you picture it?- Loonatics

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Look what the new cartoon will make our park's mascots look like. Quite different if you ask me. This is what makes me wonder. If this tv show is a huge hit, do you think the park's mascots will change and look more like this.

I'd like to hear what you think.

That's interesting... It's hard to picture those as mascots at SFGAm. They're very different. I don't know if I like the new looks.

I don't think they'll change. I'm not too sure about this whole idea that the WB has, but if it works among kids, then it could be a possibility.

even if that is a hit (which personally i would be suprised if it is) its just to get their rating up, they wouldnt change the park mascots.
Next SFGAm trip: heck I know...

It amazes me that these people believe kids will like these new characters. I noticed that they mention Teen Titans in the article as being a big hit. It's hit for many reasons, but I will list just two. The star of this show is Robin, and they added some other characters to balance him. People knew Robin from someone else. However, they didn't make Robin so edgy that a person doesn't recognize. The other reason is that it's not constantly in reruns.

As for the characters in the park, it all depends on whether or not this series does great. If it does, expect them to replace the old Bugs Bunny, and other characters walking around in the park. These characters aren't annoying to smaller kids.

well i have been to the park with a 15 year old, who was pretty keen to meet bugs bunny. this kid was 15 and also inspires to be a stage actor at disny world. so that is why i dont like the chractures, cause i was dragged to go and meet the stupid things.

Crappy Japanimation is all the rage these days amongst kids, though I doubt SF would be willing to spend the $$ to update any costumes :)

It's called anime, you uncultured philistine..... and you'd be surprised if you only knew how much of it was freakin' amazing.... they only show the crap on TV....

And quite frankly, I am very frightened by what they have done to Bugs and Daffy...

Holy out of line Batman. Uncultured Phillistine? How about he might just have a life outside of cartoons. Not everyone knows their pokeman and dragonballs... sheesh.
