Hey, Thanks for leaving this thread open. I don't think my prices are too high, considering that most of the framed pictures are in oak frames. and they are mostly 11x14 photo's, and some of them have defunct rides in the backgrounds, Tidal Wave for one . I have just finalized my divorce, and won full custody of my 4 children. So I am a single dad now.... YAY.... Anyways I really don't want to sell any of it, but it costs alot to raise 4 children with one income. But I know I will regret selling them one day. The proceed's from this sale will go to the costs of a large wooden swing set for the children. Thanks Again for keeping this open. And your welcome for not charging outragious prices on shipping.
Chris

Nice...I already bid on a couple of the posters..id like to frame them and put them up in the house.. I like the classic look. Ill throw the link up on my boards too.
Not allowed to say what site im the administrator for due to forum rules!
Wow! I'm for sure going to be watching a few of those framed pictures. I like that Roaring Rapids picture too, as you can see Tidal Wave and Sky Whirl in the background.
Some of those more modern framed pictures would easily be pictures you could take and frame yourself.
Yes, you are right , you may have seen the pics on the internet, you can see lower quality copies of these pictures on my website Coasting America, that has not been updated for years. http://www.coastingamerica.sites.cc
Just wanted to say thanks for all the bid's going on these park items. Little over 4 days to go. Also a special thanks to this site along with Coaster Madness for the links to the items.
I really don't have to sell it, but my children really want their swing set. Anyways not a big deal. But as a special gift to you all that have ordered or will order, I will include a free secret item with each item ordered. I will not say what it is, except that it is a park related item. Good luck bidding everybody.
Just wanted to take a moment and thank everybody here for your support and bids on the ebay items that I have put up for sale. Also, as of right now there is less than 1 day of time left to bid on any items that you may want to purchase. So Good luck bidding everyone.
I have 5 different park books that I may add to my ebay sale items tomorrow. That is if there is any interest to anybody. They are not books that you can find anywhere, very rare. One is from Playland, Rye, New York. Another from Blackpool, a couple from Bobbejaanland, Belgium, and one from Europa Park, Germany. They are not small books, most of them are atleast 40 to 50 + pages in length. If anybody has any serious interest in them, please let me know here and I will place them on ebay. These will start at 35.00 each and have a 7.00 shipping price. Again these are very rare which is the reason for higher prices on these items which originally not going to be for sale. If anybody has any questions, just ask. I would be glad to assist you.
Now just abit about my coaster/park history. I grew up about 10 miles from Six Flags Great America, in Lake Villa. I went to High School in Fox Lake, at Grant High School. I first started going to Great America in 1987. My first coaster ever was the now removed Z-Force. I love for coasters was born. Still in High School, my life was consumed by coasters, I found myself drawing pictures, recreating scenes from Great America in my head almost daily. Well I was a Coaster nerd. Anyways I grew up, got a job and a car. Then saved.
The Year 1999. Now married and one son. Life is great. Vacation time. Lot's of money saved. This vacation just rocked. We drove for 5 weeks. We went coast to coast. Hitting every Six Flags and Cedar Fair park. Also stopped in Vegas for some cheap thrills. Well not really cheap. Left with a headache from Manhatten Express. But in return, Desperado was just a dream. Sea World San Antonio was also a fun little retreat from the busier parks. Steel Eel and it's not soo much air time, to Great White, although same as Batman, just didn't feel as much force. Seemed to be much like SFMM's Batman. Well to make a long story short, there was over 25 parks and over 250 coaster rides later, We returned home, up here in Minnesota. What a trip.
Anyways, since 1987 I have been purchasing anything related to amusement parks or coasters. It has just taken up so much room, that I must rid myself of some of it. I have many other items that will be up for sale at a later time. Besides the books that I have stated earlier in this post, another Item to contact me about is many many items. Back in the winter of 1987-1988, I took many shots of the construction of ShockWave at Great America. The entire set of original photo's will possibly go up for sale. All photo's are in mint condition, just guessing there has to be 50 photo's. The photo's are going to have a reserve of 125.00 with 10.00 shipping charge. If you would like you can view some of the photo's at my old website. http://www.angelfire.com/mn/cwsr/shock.html Again thanks for the welcome. I hope there are some true ShockWave lovers still out there.
