Have you ever thought about the fact that in the picture they only show the Blue and the Yellow train? So where's the red one? There may be a good possibility that the red one could be used for parts for Demon.

I've pruned this topic down to get rid of the useless bantering in it. Please if your going to post do NOT post to start a fight, thats not what this is for. Everyone is entitled to their opinions so please respect them. Do not take things that are said here personally, so if someone calls Shockwave "garbage" don't go off the deep end. Its not really a big deal, the world is not going to end because someone said that.
Now I'm sick and tired of people getting into arguements over little things and that is going to change right now. If you feel like creating an arguement I'll just remove your post if it contributes nothing. If you want to make an argument PLEASE make it clear, consise, and backed up with supporting evidence. We can have a debate, but not flame wars.
If anyone has any concerns or feels that someone is acting badly, please feel free to PM me and I will deal with it. I'm fed up with this and this is stopping now. PERIOD.
I find it strange they kept the yellow train, as back in 98 or so, they got 2 brand new trains, Red and Blue, and they took the best cars from the original 4 trains and made up a 3'rd train, the Yellow train.
Either way, i'm thinking since the Red and Blue trains were basically still new, they will likely be painted green and replace Viper's aging trains, with Viper's parts distributed around the SF chain for spare parts.
As for Demon vs. Shockwave trains, when Shockwave was built, Demon got new trains around the same time, so they were identical though Shockwave eventually got larger wheels, though wheels are easily interchangable.
At least they are all being put to good use, instead of sitting around rotting like they were before, and some other SF owned rides sitting in boneyards.

As long as the parts from the yellow train are still in good condition, they won't care which train it's from. I'm asumming that Great America will get some sort of credit for the equipment they get rid of (sell), so they may get more by giving away the newer trains.
