Does anybody know if the town of Gurnee has a height restiction or not? :?: i am just kinda curious .... because if they do, then sfgam does not have a shot at trying to break height records for rollercoasters!!! :o

SFGAm can't build anything over the height of Sky Trek Tower, and they need approval for anything over 125 ft. I highly doubt we will be seeing any record breaking coasters at SFGAm anytime soon. Afterall, the current tallest and fastest coaster isn't doing so well.

Correct as of the building of Raging Bull the park agreed not to build any ride taller then Sky Trek Tower. Really let's face it the higher you go the more problems you encounter. A MidSized Woodie would work wonders for the park.

...midsize woodie would be great, but i'd rather see a overhaul of Eagle (not in desparate need but I love Eagle, paint it, fix the bottlenecks in the queue a good way, re-track the whole ride).
Farfetched, yes. Would it own, yes :).

The taller it is, the less they have to do with, look at TTD, it is just a up and down coaster, then it is over. I would rather have a good coaster with turns and drops rather a tall, plain coaster. That is just my opinion. :D

I highly doubt GAm would build a coaster with sled brakes and controlled with levers.
