If you could add one thing to any ride in the park.

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

If you could add one thing to any ride in the park. What would it be? It doesn't have to be completely possible. I would add a loop to the bull.

On Deja Vu, when the train goes up the first tower, once it reaches the top, I would make it wait 3 seconds and then drop, same with the second tower. That would be cool. I wouldn't really want to change anything about SFGAm's rides though.

I know you posted that it doesn't have to be completely possible... but adding a loop to Bull would probably require OTSRs. AFAIK, the floorless style coasters (very similar to the RB speed train design), all have OTSRs when there is a loop involved. The clamshell restraints are part of what makes Raging Bull so great. :-D Still, a good idea, and a loop right after the tunnel would be awesome!

As for me... A cobra roll to Batman or Superman.

I don't think they need to add anything to the rides. I think they should take down Space Shuttle America/Escape from Dinoland/Stargate SG 3000 and the go karts and put in a new design of a B&M Floorless roller coaster there.

Its just to see what people have on their mind. Its not like they would actually add these ideas to the rides.

They should put in a ride like Spiderman at Universal IoA, as it was said before in a previous post

Spider-Man at Universal cost $200 million dollars. The most a regional park (and not a 'destination' park like Disney and Universal) will spend on an attraction is about $25 million... Top Thrill Dragster cost $25 million for example, and Raging Bull cost about $18 million. The Disney/Universal parks are unique from other amusement parks and have the attendance and popularity to build those types of attractions.

Remove Demon's OTSR's, add another inversion to S:UF, and new trains for Iron Wolf. Otherwise, they're all fine the way they are.

I like that idea that somebody said about putting fake buildings when you are riding SUF. Another I would have to say that it would really cool if they had some better lighting at night for most of the coasters. Some of them are pitch black.

For exampe, D Vu has white lights, it would look better if they had bright blue and green lights to match the ride. For BTR, black lights would be awesome and SUF red.

Another thing I miss is the Big Top's lights (now Ricochet). It used to look a lot better at night. In SWT, the flats don't have any lights actually on them (except Ricochet cars).

Lastly, I would make my own company get another Viper train.

^-- White chasing lights would be awesome for American Eagle, but I like your idea of lights on the rides. I think that every coaster lift hill should have some sort of neat lighting effects. (like you said red for S:UF, ect...)

I'm thinking it would be awesome to open V2 with some sort of flying train. You know how intense that coaster would be if you were flying? Maybe it would be better to make S:UF like Hulk but have a launched lift hill. That would be totally nuts.

Great America has the right idea keeping the rides dark at night it addes to the sensation of speed. Can you remember when Viper was totally dark, before some moron jumped the fence and now it has the big spot on it. When it was dark what a rush the spot takes away from the ride. Magic Mountains Batman is Lit Up and you can see it for miles, however when you ride it at night it's feels like your riding it in daylight. Keep the coasters dark feel the mystery or whats the point of coaster after dark? At kings Island The Beast Rules in the dark. But, have one tunnel light set on and the whole night ride experience is ruined! At this point our coasters just don't need tracers the rides are so close together whoed see them?
What I like to see them change is how they run The Condor if you haven't ridden it in Facon Mode and trust me you aren't at G.A. you really don't know what a thrill ride it can be!! Yes folks The Condor is a major thrill ride we just don't run it like one which really surprises me.

What is facon mode? Do the cars spin faster?

In falcon mode the whole ride spins faster from the start. Then once at the top the ride stops rotating except for each individual arm which spins faster and faster into a almost free wheeling motion, what a rush, but wait the whole ride starts turing again and man you are pinned to your cars side. It's about a tree minute ride cycle and yes, your dizzy at the end!

I'd add four loops, a boomerang and a cobra roll to American Eagle. Just kidding. I'll second the idea of running V2 as a flyer. The launch and the front spike would be especially cool in that position. I also think it would be amazing to try Bull's drop in a head-first, flying position. Obviously, none of this will ever happen, but could you imagine taking that 60+ degree drop head first! That would be sick.
I'm gonna twist ya, and I'm gonna flip ya. Every time you squeal, I'm just gonna go faster and harder.
