Time at park

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

What time is a sufficent time to get to the park? I have many things going on and I'm wondering when a good time to go would be with concern about line lengths and traffic (coming from Naperville). Is it possible to get around to all the coasters in the amount of time you've stated with lets say a long line?

Considering long lines, you shouldn't find many of them after four. I would get there at three or so. However, coming in July it's packed time. People taking vacations from other places and the increased tendency to say that the summer is almost over, we have to go to SF. So, I would advise you to go pretty soon.

three o'clock is peak hour, after that the parks begins to empty out, and by five or six lines are not to long, usually

Do you think that I could cover all the coasters if I get there by three oclock or would it be better to get there around park opening?

Well obviously the more time you are in the park the more rides you will go on...I like staying the whole day and I would suggest you do that if you have the energy to do it.

Opening is the best time to get there if you want to get on a lot of rides, And if you want to go on everything then you probably will want to be there early just in case it is busy...

Between 10am-Noon, you can get on v2, batman, iron wolf, american eagle, revolution, demon, and if its not to busy yet, Raging bull and viper :)
