has it ever occured to any of you that v2 breaks down especially after it comes back to the station and the ride breaks down for 15 minutes i wonder if it is normal or it is purposely breaking down

No rides purpously break down. And I don't understand your question, I've seen it come back into the station 100's of times and not break down.
