I have talked to a few people about this, and we have mostly agreed on Themeing for Southwest Territory.

In case you were wondering what that is: It is one piece of orange track(mine train/ or rail road track) and one piece of blue support (I beam.)

It's too wide to be a piece of track for the Scenic Railway so we can eliminate that.

But why would it be blue for SWT? That doesnt make sense.

It looks like a primer coat red color.

The rock theming around the queue. Atleast I think that is what it is intended to be. On top of that they have a piece of track from a mine train for scenery.

No, I said that you can see it from the scenic railway.
I personally think it's there for nothing, or something behind the scenes.

If you look closely it looks like the blue is the same color as the supports from Superman. It also looks like the main beam is B+M track.
How could it be drop theming? Just look at it. For one thing drop themeing is wood, this is not even close to wood. And it could not be railroad track. Railroad track does not have giant square tubing under it, and railroad track is wider than that.
Thats what I think!

Just kidding.

Hmmm, I have no clue what that is, looks like Coaster track but I am just not sure. I'll take a look, if I can, next time I go to SFGAm.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

in my opinion it doesnt look like (real anyway) coaster track at all. Just looks like a giant iron beam with something ontop of it. Theming in my opinion.

It's not coaster track...period...Think of it this way, it's been painted or primed, so it probably will be visible by someone, so it probably isn't inside or behind the scenes. It has a very very heavy steel I-Beam attatched to it and box steel on top of it. It could very well be part of the Southwest Amplitheater (It has a steel beam structure in it) or perhaps some other show. I highly doubt that it is theming, as the price of steel is high right now and I-beams go for $60.00 a ton.

Pics are hazy, but if it is what I think it is (could also be seen from Whizzer which is where I spotted it), it's a piece for Orbit, that is maintaince related. I forget exactly what it does (I supposed I could look it up in th Schwarzkopf Enterprise ride manual), something about either racking the cars or keeping the arm raised during the off season.

This doesn't look like any track I've ever seen. My guess is that it's NOT coaster track and is for something else or part of an incoming prototype. While I hope and pray for the prototype, that track looks too small to be 4D in ANY possible way, and from one of the pictures, it looks like it was severed down the middle. I wouldn't stay too worried about this, if more of this "track" does show up, then we can let the rumors fly ^_^

What coaster track was ever build on a steel I-Beam. An I-Beam is simply too heavy and expensive.
