Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Does anyone think that if Great America wasn't owned by Six Flags would it be cheaper to get in?

Who knows, it could possibly be more expensive too, this is a pointless topic because we will Never knbow until it is actually bought out by another company (dont expect it to happen anytime soon)

Season Pass may be cheaper, but $41.99 doesnt seem all that unreasonable for what the park has to offer, reguardless on who's running the place.

The only 2 other companies that would show interest in SFGAm is Cedar Fair and Paramount. Prices would be the same if not more if either of those companies owned the place.

SFGAm prices are right in line for what they have to offer.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

on the SF website some parks have 2 day passes listed some don't. i know some of the parks that don't still have them at the gate. i was wondering if SFGAm had them at the gate? and does anyone know if CP has 2 day passes at the gate? just wondering cause i'm planning a trip and need to figure out my budget for it.

(because of the name of this topic i just posted this here instead of starting a whole new one)

With SFGAm, its called the Twicket..... err MVP... Basically come back the next day for $10 or any other day for $15. I do believe CP has a 2 day pass, not sure on pricing, check the CP site for that.

CP has the Ride and Slide Ticket, which is the best deal you can get on a 2-day ticket. Even if you do not use the water park you still are getting a discount.
