I know what those are, I've worked in a factory that made those, and that's really interesting. I know the water table is high at the park, but didnt' know it was quite that high, and/or they were going that deep. I gotta guess those are for the tallest part of the lift.

Judging by the first footer location and this water seal pictured above, the usual B&M construction following the direction of travel holds true.
Station and brake run will be first followed by the lift. Since it's so compact I can see on possible exception. That being the final helix over the base of the lift.
Guess we will see.

It would make more sense for them to dig and pour the footers for that final helix that is right by the station and brake run. Give those footers the time they need to fully harden and be ready for supports and track. That way that section of the ride can be last to install. It'd be a good idea to dig and pour the footers for the lift hill, first drop and first inversion and so forth ahead of the installation of the supports to those footers and the track onto those supports.
There was no work being done yesterday (Saturday). There’s going to be a footer that comes right up to the County Fair Food Court by that open air bar. When you board the train you can see how far footers will go nearly to the SW bridge. All pink markings indicate footer placement.

They don't work on weekends during park operations. They did work last Thursday before the park opened at 6PM.
As for the footers, the only thing I worry about is how narrow that midway between X-Flight's drop has become. It's even more insane now that they have a car there for Fright Fest.

I don’t think that’s made available publically
You might be able to get a copy of the foundation plans if you submit a FOIA request to the Village of Gurnee for the plans submitted for permit B31MMB .
