Two days ago (Feb 2) was the 50% mark. November 2nd was closing day, and there is only 3 months left until opening day. We're more than halfway there!

With no new rollercoaster, hopefully most of the maintenance will be ready to go. I can't remember last year's opening, wasn't there only one train on x-flight? Or was it superman?

I remember vividly that all coasters(with the exception of one) had 2 trains ready for opening. I think the single train was X Flight

Opening Day 2014, everything had 2 trains except American Eagle Blue. Eagle Blue's second train and the third trains at Bull, Demon, and Whizzer were all very late because of how much Maintenance was helping out at Goliath in May and June.

I will probably go, but just to walk around and take in the park. Everything will probably be one train anyway.

I'm thinking of going. I might just do it. I went to opening day last year too.
The lines were bad. At least Goliath will be ready to go this time around! :)

Well it looks like we'll be taking a day trip there. Plus a few weekends later we'll be spending May 15-18 in Gurnee, and Also a three day starting June 19th. I also have a five day vacation in July. I'm taking as much time as I can to go down there. More dates planned, some for weekends, and I Hope more in the middle of the week!
I've lost my coaster count.

Here is my breakdown of this year's schedule. Major cuts in May and October. Three days have been cut from the season.

In May, Wednesday May 13 and Monday May 18 are closed. Additionally, the first two weeks of weekdays have 5:00 closing times. Saturday, May 16th is 10:30-7:30. I would guess that is to make it easier for Security to clear the park out before Grad Nite.

The middle of the season seems identical to last year with 10:30-10:00 June 22 - August 2nd.

In October, Thursday October 29 is closed and all Friday nights are 5:00-9:00. Most Sundays are 11:00-10:00, but Closing Day is 10:00-9:00.

Not surprising, all of those days had some of the lowest turnout of people.

July 3rd/4th closing time o 9pm? That can't be right. Last year we had fireworks at 10:30 and the park closed an hour later. I hope ERT is done on July 4th again. :)

I hope that the park will close at 10 with fireworks 30 minutes later. I remember having fun last year at 4th fest. I hope they do that again this year.
