In the site plans demon only has an entrance and exit lane, no flash pass. That’s not to say they don’t have a plan to still squeeze it in somehow but just saying…

the path was wide enough for both so they might, the only thing gone is the overflow queue
Old Great America was better, however I hope just a bit of that charm comes back

Not thrilled to see the huge jump for Demon, it was really valuable at 42 inches. I was also hoping to see Winner's Circle just disappear from the app and be SBNO this year, darn

Park posted a link to park policies for 2025 with a focus on the no smoking. Of note; no chaperone policy. It’s “strongly recommended that anyone under 18 be accompanied by an adult but at this time, there is no chaperone policy in place.

It's gonna rain on friday :skull:
I’ve been checking the weather forecast and there is a zero percent chance of rain from 10AM until 4PM when the chance increases to 5 percent. With the temperature to be in the 60s and 70s, I’d wager the weather is going to be near perfect for opening day. Of course the rain could shift earlier, but as it stands the rain is not supposed to arrive until after the park closes. Awesome stuff!

I haven’t been to the park except for one lap on Maxx Force a few years back. Excited to go tomorrow for a bit. I’m assuming operations might be not that great as I’m assuming one train operations on multiple rides and nice weather for the most part. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised but who knows.

As long as the operators got it in the bag then it probably won't be as bad

But Weather is NOT going to be nice. Windy and chance of T-Storms. I"m going too despite that! Hoping to set a new PR on Batman (currently at 10 consecutive rides, done 12/2019 during Holiday in the Park)
Update: I got a new PR on Batman with 15 consecutive rides (4 waits in line: 6, 4, 1, 4). This was with only a single train!

No real chance of rain until after the park closes. With temperatures in the 70s today, I appreciate the wind. The weather is beautiful today!!

Great weather! Gonna be busy! The whole not letting people in the park until 10:30 is a little bogus, right? I thought they started like 15 prior.

I could not talk about this until 10:30am today but the time has come.
I attended the Junkies F&B Dry Run last Saturday and Thrill Burger in the food court has a new cheeseburger. It is the “diner burger” that Cedar Fair has rolled out in recent years.
I was working behind the scenes for F&B at Cedar Point in 2021 when they introduced this burger there. I’ve had my fair share of them over the years and I think they are fantastic. The one I had on Saturday at SFGAm was just as good, they even put the burger in one of those insulated foil bags to keep it warm.
I don’t believe this diner burger is replacing other burgers in the park (Windy City, Johnny Rockets). They can churn these out quickly, it should be a faster moving food line in the park.
