If any of you guys have been driving by the park recently you may have noticed the skyline is looking a little more blue. STT is currently in the process of being painted and will remain open on weekends, LARRY the gorilla will be on top of Condor which will be closed.
I love that they are finally doing this. Sky Trek is a classic attraction/family favorite and its great to see it getting cosmetic attention.

Awww.... I always liked STT being white and having a red cabin... I can't imagine it otherwise. I'm definitely going to miss that.
Weird how the gorilla is going on Condor now.
Very Strange...The whole point of the King Kong up there was it's the highest point of the park...kinda like Empire State building is highest in New York....

Well that should eliminate the 911 calls from the morons on 294 that call saying that it's on fire during Fright Fest. Good to see the tower getting some attention. I'd personally like to see some of the window panels replaced as well. "Heavily medicated for your safety"

I'm pretty sure the gorilla being on Condor is just for this year due to painting. Wouldn't want to get red and blue paint on the gorilla

Yeah that would be cool, I mean they don't have to have the silhouettes but put the flames and the strobe lights at the bottom to make it look like the guests inside are in trouble

So, what are the colors? I know you say blue, but is it all blue, or is the cabin still going to be red? Is there going to be white in it anymore? Is Deja Vu blue?
 Wouldn't Larry get popped on Condor with the bird on top? I guess the Birds thing last year didn't do so good for more people going on it. Perhaps they'd make the Cabin white.

I would be surprised if they closed Condor for Fright Fest. Can they even leave Condor at the top like they do with STT during Fright Fest?

Does anyone have any pictures of the tower getting repainted? And why is Condor already closed for the season?
