I know right. Anytime I go to the park, the sound of the rides get me so pumped.
Several things First I absolutely love the roar of B&M's Raging Bull, Batman, Superman, Iron Wolf, Raptor, Mantis, Kumba, Montu, Dueling Dragons/ Dragon challenge Second it was very bizarre seeing The Kraken floorless at SeaWorld Orlando and not hearing that roar the same with the flying coaster Manta. Also Busch Gardens Sheikra had these covers. They have wheel covers to muffle the roar I think mostly because there were animals very close to these rides and didnt want the animals stressed. Third we are 109 days to park opening and possibly 117 days to kick the tires and light the fires on X FLIGHT
The quiet B&Ms have the inner spine of the track filled with sand. Most of the time it's because the neighborhood doesn't want the noise, Talon at Dorney Park and Dueling Dragons are good example of that (Dragons is right across the street from Dr Phillips High School). But if you look at rides like Silver Bullet at Knotts Berry Farm and Manta at Sea World Orlando, they don't want that loud roar overpowering the rest of the parks entrance plaza which are supposed to be a pleasant experience walking in. Also if you look at California Screamin at DCA it has scream shields on the 2 main lifts/drops and Maliboomer also had them though now it's removed.
Speaking of roars, Hulk is my favorite because it's so unique. With that said, will X-Flight be the loudest in the park if it's anything like the sound of The Swarm?

Looks like all of the lift hill supports are in place, and I can see two maybe three track pieces sitting around the lift hill. The crane is in place right there as well, So I would think by the end of the day tomorrow we could see a good chunk of the track on the lift hill be put into place.

I was told the pieces must be able to reach the first support so they will connected on the ground (or close to the ground) and then lifted. So it could possibly go up tomorrow, and if not, it will Monday. We just need the weather to hold up.

So how about all that snow? 8.5 inches by me. I wonder if the track that was laying on the ground is completely covered. haven't had a chance to look at the webcam since friday..
The site looks ready to go for tomorrow. I saw guys out there yesterday morning (don't normally work on weekends) and they moved a truck and some equipment around and then left. They were out there for maybe 30 minutes tops which makes me wonder if they were prepping for Monday after that storm on Friday.

It looks like they haven't done anything since it last snowed except wait for it to melt / clear it. Minor setback, but it's no big deal. While the hyper at Port Aventura is being built extremely fast.

Snow doesn't affect they're work schedule; Wind does.

Apparently (according to someone who told me it looks the same as Friday) they haven't moved anything but there was 3 people out there yesterday morning. I know that for sure because I was watching the webcam and posted on COASTER-net that it was strange that they were out and about on a Saturday. They were out there for a few minutes but didn't really do anything except walk around the station track. Perhaps something was reported at the construction site but I wonder who would've been there.

^ I don't see any track that hasn't been there since 8:30 am. All they did track-wise today was unloading that piece that was sitting on the truck since Thursday.
