I love me some Portillo's, but I think a more LIKELY option would be Nathan's hotdogs. Hey, Six Flags Great Adventure has one, why can't we? I think a good location would be where Great American Hotdogs was
Did anyone else see a snapchat story from sfgam today?
Seems the story was deleted but it showed Mac n cheese on something deep fried with toppings. I'd guess the person in charge snapped this on accident instead of their personal snapchat.

Reminds me of Dorrito's stuffed nachos
This it?

Well based on the time I posted it and time it took to import the pictures, it seems it was posted around 11:30 A.M. Thursday, so most likely the 24 hours had past and it was just automatically removed unless you viewed it before then Goku
I viewed it sometime around my break at work which was at 11:00. I tried to view it later at dinner to show my sister and it was gone. I don't check snapchat often and didn't see the post date, so maybe the story did expire, I'm glad someone screen capped it though. Now my sister believes me it existed.

That's why I said just Great America. I know SFGAdv as mentioned has Nathan's cause that's more local which Portillos would be for us. It wouldn't make sense to do nationally. I really think it would do fantastic here.
The flumes are a curious case. They take up a huge area, but they're also very popular with families. Loggers Run more so, but due to their layouts, you can really only take out one to actually utilize the area to it's full potential. They are aging, however. My guess is that V2 goes in 2017, the flumes in 2018, and a large addition in 2019 in the combined spaces.

I hope so! I would LOVE to see a Floorless B&M! We've never filled ShockWaves void with another large, high capacity looper! it's something that our park desperately lacks, and that large plot of land would be the perfect location for one!
IF that we're to happen, I actually would be happy. Is also be sad cause I really love V2. I love the name, the logo, the placement, the ride itself etc. but another launch shuttle coaster with an added effect would fill the void greatly. With a power splash, we still get the intimidating vertical tower rising over the park & really use all that water over there without getting rid of it/filling it in blah blah.
Eh... I hope these rumors are nothing but that, especially if it's a Mack water coaster that would be taking V2's place. If there is any truth to the removal rumor, the earlier comment about Six Flags already having inked a deal with a manufacturer for something that could fit the spot made me think Premier, which (to me at least) would be a more preferable outcome.
Joker would have been a fit for that spot, so on the bright side, at least another coaster wasn't removed in order to make room for that.
Alright - I got a little carried away with the "Pulsar" addition BUT I still believe it would be a fun addition here. However when I first saw SF Dubai concept art with one in there, I really envisioned that ride being added in or near HH. Ive talked about a water coaster that guests could enjoy in both parks before. It could technically be in either park but guests could enter the line or merge in from either one. Think Pilgrims Plunge. I feel like the perfect spot would be along the water park in the parking lot so yes wed lose spaces. If someone could photoshop that, Id love to see it
anyways, Yes if precious V2 were to be removed you better make sure one hell of an addition is replacing it. Especially if you are plannin on removing a total of 2-3 attractions.
I dream of the 400ft "Great American SkyScreamer". x
