The green pipe by S:UF is replacement pipe for a section of the upper lift pump on Logger's Run; it has been badly leaking for years...

Does anyone else find it strange that the support is bent? I thought it was just the angle of the pic, but when I went to the employee parking lot to see it in person, it looked the same.

Anyone find it strange that we got Hurricane Harbor in the 2004-2005 off season put in and SFKK will not open Bonzai beach till the start of the 2011 season? I mean Chang is gone from that park and has been for at least a month and a half. Sure is funny how long it is taking them...And I think our HH is way bogge rin size than Bonzai beach will be.

12 years of gravity at an angle will put a bend in just about anything.

From what I've seen, aren't most of these coaster transports very hurtful on the track and supports? A Little dent here, a little bump there gets these coasters in very bad shape.

Transporting a ride causes no damage. Only damage that may occur is in dismantling, especially if there is corrosion involved. Chang looks pretty good for it's age. It'd be incredibly difficult to put a dent in B&M track or supports. It's all pretty beefy, and if something arises the part is simply replaced.

I bet if you took down Raging Bull a lot of the diagonally oriented supports would look pretty similar to that Chang support.

Actually, I removed it!

Wikipedia doesn't know if it's a rumor or not. They do a google search for "Chang great america" and get a load of stuff. So they think that it's true.

Are there any forums for SFA or TGE? I want to see if they've been discussing Chang like they are getting it to! lol

ok, low bridges/dumb truck drivers excluded, transporting a ride generally causes no damage :)

I love that Ride! I think it's just in a part of the park where no one notices it. Kinda like HomeTown Fun Machine.

Actually Triple Play is in a popular area as it has Pass Processing Center nearby, the dancers during the summer perform their shows, Flash Pass, I just think it is in a corner surrounded by too much trees and buildings.

And people still fail to notice it sometimes. I asked my sister once if she wanted to go with me and she's like "What the H&$# is Triple Play?!"

^Which I love as it is a fun ride with no lines. The longest line I saw all summer was a 1 cycle wait. Well worth a ride each visit.

For the third time? Chang means "long" in Mandarin Chinese. When CHANG opened, it was the longest stand-up coaster. Sure, it doesn't match SFKK, but how does Buccanner Battle match our theming, or even V2?

Well Shapiro never liked Chang's placement or understood it's significane to SFKK either. Its theming was not impressive too. It always belonged at a bigger park.

Pre-Premire most rides had little to no theming whatsoever.
